How do I view my tickets?

End-user tickets are visible at the following link:

https://surfsideoc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests

Company tickets are visible at the following link (if you have the required access level):

https://surfsideoc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/organization

You must create a password for your Zendesk account if you have not done so already.

Otherwise, simply enter your sign-in information and you will be taken to your tickets page.
