After months of testing our equipment, network devices, and servers we have determined that it is not us that is having our internet drop throughout the business day. Needless to say, it is costly when the business is down.
Cox has been out 5 times in the past 6 months. I finally got them to do their job! Now they are going to foot the cost of running fiber to our building in San Clemente. A month ago we looked at the upgrade and it was a $15k upgrade for their construction crew to come out.
